#1 is definitely not just a western phenomenon….My wife had a BR due to spinal cord and neck issues which left unable to use her right hand.
So don’t put down all women who have had a BR

It is predominantly western, yes. The amount that is due to legitimate health concerns is a marginal minority, but of course they all claim it. I'm not putting them all down, just those. I'm 6"4 and I have to train my back as well to not be in pain, so carry the burden. How sweet about your wife, who again cares? Don't come to a porn board about big tits if you get your feelings hurt.

I hate it when men/boys who obviously don’t know shit about breasts post comments on the Instagram posts of women/models who are clearly natural and asks if they have implants—just because they’re big.

I don’t know why, it just infuriates me. If you can’t tell the difference, you’re out of your depth. Leave the breasts to the real men who know what’s up.

Agreed, and to add on to that, adding on weight won't even do too much for their chest anyway. I've seen plenty of overweight/fat women with medium (or even small) sized boobs.

Which sometimes makes me question guys who say "big tits don't count if you're fat". If Sarah Rae were to drop down to 130 lbs., her tits will easily be H or even J cups. Adding on weight won't give you a whole new bust. It'll either make a busty woman bustier, or it will make a small titted woman grow medium sized boobs that are very obviously the effect of weight gain

Great point 8.5" I actually remember walking down the dead end dirt road while hunting squirrels as a kid & finding discarded tit magazines thrown out in an area where people would go "parking".....big tit lovers today really have no clue how lucky they are when it comes to thier viewing pleasures.
 
I'd say a couple things that can get annoying is:

-When a model has huge dangly tits, but constantly shifts focus to her ass/pussy. She has no idea who her demographic is. Happens a lot with Twitter & OF girls, or even Scoreland which is why I stopped keeping up to date. Like why can't we have just a tit play video? Why must we always see the Score model unenthusiastically masturbate for 5+ minutes in nearly every video?

-When a model sticks almost exclusively to one angle and/or doesn't play with her breasts properly. Especially when she has very notably soft, squishy, jiggly tits. It feels like a wasted opportunity when breasts like that aren't displayed in the on-back position or hanging freely. I'm trying to see the rippling waves of the ocean, and to see breasts get sucked & squished properly!

-(This one is actually a recent pet peeve) When a model shows her tits, but never gets *fully* topless.
Examples include:
• Pulling her tits out of the top of her bra but never fully removing the bra
• Never removing her shirt
• Women pulling their leggings/pants all the way up to right under their boobs, covering the whole belly. I don't really have a belly fetish, but I love seeing a woman FULLY topless
A model who does this is Hilari Baknew. She makes great content, but she almost never gets fully topless.

Bingo, wrote a whole book on the subject, with my wife's experiences for the test subject or "M-cup laboratory example". But the book was published over 10 years ago. And at that time the mental part of it wasn't as pervasive as it is today. I suspect most reductions are unneeded at an over 50% or better percentage. Which would probably correspond with the mental factor being well over 50% of the reasons that women get reductions
