Imagine Milena around 2004, during her Debut years, when she was just enormous and full of milk - a period of self-astonishment. Then, she stops nursing and for a couple years her breasts reduce in size, though still huge and perfectly intact (there's a Ph.D thesis on that alone).

Then around 2008 something happens, which was not weight gain, but focused breast growth - for two whole years. She has to wonder "How do I keep hitting the jackpot? Yes, I really am a miracle."
