I really like your thought and question. It is such an incredibly rare thing to first find a woman with real gigantomastic tits that also has a normal weight and second to be in a relationship with her or at least have dates.

I would say that fantasy & reality are very different and it’s important to always understand that. Women with painful, health-threatening giganomastia are not sex toys any more than any woman or man is.
