Speaking of big boobs (i know it's kinda cheating), it's been a while since i checked.

There's this sandbox game called Honey Select (japanese game made by illusion soft). Basically players can just create a character with massive customization options (not just boobs), and upload them into the developer server (or 3rd party, idk) so other players can just grab the file and load them into their own game. Even with the engine limitation, these mfs can create ridiculously similar (near identical) to a lot of characters.

From Lara croft, Miranda from Mass Effect, Miss Fortune from League of Legends, Psylocke, even real life people like ScarJo, Elizabeth Olsen, right to the beauty marks, right to their measurement (although there are of course some that push up the slider button to give them the breast of Hitomi Tanaka)

So yeah, if you want to see more boobs, check Asian game developers.

I might be the odd one out but growing up I loved seeing over sexualized big titled girls in the games I played... I was always disappointed if there wasn't at least 1 huge titited girl in a sleepy top showing miles of cleavage in a game. Very disappointed in what they did to Lora Croft who was only a D/DD. I was hoping to see her come back even bigger.
