Using adjectives like “unbearably” could be incredibly condescending to someone who cannot help it and then being ignorant as to what people are capable of in terms of their sex lives isnt a matter of opinion - It becomes factually Inaccurate. In fairness to the poster, like most people, I’m sure they just didn’t know or aren’t aware of how autism can impact people. I’ve worked in a care facility specialising in autistic needs and care, devaluing comments like that just don’t help the cause for equality of treatment.
