Anyway to block the malicious chaturbate redirect?

The really annoying thing IMO is not that it creates a popup, but that it's (at least for me) redirecting in the same window -- so it effectively throws me out of the titsintops site. That is horrible design.

Doesn't happen for me (i.e. redirect in the same window).
