I have, back when it was still relatively new. I kept running into the same problem though--while I could reproduce their face well enough I could never get the trained models to accurately do the rest of their bodies. The boobs in particular would lose details like areola shape or stretch marks or birthmarks and would look pretty generic. About the only thing it would get right is the size and even that was a struggle.

Now that SDXL is out I'm waiting for someone to make a better NSFW model before I try training for particular females again.

Here's a few I made of her as a pirate. This was before Loras or controlnet existed for better vaginas and hands.

Getting the models to capture all the nuances, especially the body, is really tricky.

I tried keeping the face consistent by using just a few sets of her pictures. But the style and clothes from those sets totally left their mark on the output. You might even guess which photos I used (haha). Still playing around to see how I can better thing

Her latest photos have had most of the details airbrushed out so why bother using them in your training set.

Her older photos are so much better, like in these samples you can clearly make out the veins, some of the stretch marks, the scar on her abdomen and shoulder. That's the kind of detail I want to capture in an AI model.
