Today I was talking with a bloke that told me his ex never wore a bra for 90% of 15 years and she was an h cup or thereabouts.And they were still in beautiful shape for a woman in her 40s.As a result she had no back pain or other problems apart from the odd underboob rashes.She would wear a snug crop top underneath at work.When she would regularly wear a bra then problems arose despite being professionally fitted.He said she felt free to move and the crop top kept everything reasonably in place.She also firmly believed there was a lesser risk of breast cancer.That last one may be very debatable but each to their own.
The reason I mention all this is that some of these smaller br cases always complain of bras that don’t fit,dig into shoulders,back pain,etc.I would suggest try going braless and to look ,err,respectable, in public wear a crop top for six months and see how it goes.
After all it only be natural.
But then we have the fashion police to contend with.
