Good question! Often wondered that myself. It's sometimes clumsy to ascribe certain characteristics to an ethnic group, but in this case I think it's justified.
For one thing they tend not to be either 'pear' or 'apple' body shapes, quite often their shoulders are wider than their hips, and there a distinct lack of body fat on the belly and thighs.
The well endowed gene is obviously well established in their gene pool, but there may be dietry peculiarities in Eastern Europe which have an influence?
But slim with huge tits is so rare in Western Europe, but much more common in the East. I think a geneticist ought to make a study, and it's probably already been done lol!
Mind you, the UK produces some stunning examples. Walk through any town on a summer's day and you'll see them.
Whatever the reasons, we just have to enjoy the results!

Interesting. The term 'Top Heavy' used to describe the more well endowed lady is totally appropriate for Milena. In this shot we can see her heavy loads shifting, and as a result affecting her C of G. So many parameters involved here, physics wise. Reaction is equal and opposite, so therefore Milena has to release the bowling ball at the exact moment when her boobs are at their furthest extension, thus maximising the most energy available, so her shot will be traveling at peak velocity. Her mastery of her unique physique is beyond compare!
