Hi there, I think it's the same leopard print dress she is wearing in the scene/video you are referring to, but they are from different shoots because in the video made with her (then) boyfriend, she still has the "mum" tattoo (see image), but in the GIF/stills davo88 posted, the tattoo is covered up (so a later shoot).
