Is the 'edit' function missing from avatar picture top of screen? Is there a secondary method to change avatar if this has been changed?

Yeah avatar uploads have been disabled for regular users. Premium and LifeTime VIPs can still edit.

This has got to do with the recent Avatar spam bots attacking the forum.
