So, is that fair? Me and the woman agree to the terms of business, and we do business. She is paid every penny she deserved and she was FULL AWARE of where the video was going.

We do business; she gets her money, and I get my footage, and we both go home happy.

5 years later, she has regret, finds out her video is posted online, she has a fit, cry to the powers that be, and the video gets taken off server.

So, my question is; how in the hell is that fair to me?
We don't make the rules.

I suggest you take your complaints here. https://www.dmca.com/

Thanks,
Ptar

If you are the copyright holder of the content and get her to sign a model release form, there is nothing she can do.

I was never consulted by anyone to provide proof of ownership of the content and her consent..which is kinda my point.

DM me the model you are referring to, and send a copy of the model release form. Maybe I can resurrect her thread from the dead (y)

Oh naw man, please don't get the wrong impression; I'm not saying the vid was pulled from this forum. I am speaking about a video that was pulled from Xhamster....of this brawd..

https://xhamster.com/videos/gabrielle-boobs-9878634

I uploaded a "breast play" session of her...and the video was pulled from the server for previously mentioned reasons...which is some str8 up BULLSHIT.

Naw I wasn't talkin' about you guys, you guys are great lol

I cleaned more than 20 profiles in 4 months ;)

I created 5 false profiles on different adult account, after 4 months several white knight (trap) contacted me saying, beware belier59man uploads your pictures xd

Just curious, are those white knights close friends/family/connection of the profiles you post, are they females, or just random dudes?

It's called "virtue signalling"; they don't really care about the girl but think by being a white knight, they fall into favour with said girl and hopefully, possibly, eventually....get laid.

So they have the same intentions as most guys, but cover it my looking like a nice guy, which is acually incredibly weak, dishonest and most of all, total beta-male behavour - ironocally they very kind of behavior most woman are tuned off by...

It's sad enough when dudes white-knight a girl they know in real life, but it's just goddamn pathetic when they do it for some random online girl. It's like: dude, this woman is literally never ever ever ever ever EVER going to sleep with you. You're never going to meet her. She doesn't even know you exist.

Question for the mods, what happens when a model posed for another company say pinupfiles for example and later onwards the model herself requests to be put on the DNP list. Is the content shot of her that is owned by the studio allowed to be posted? In this scenario DMC TDR wouldn't apply if it came from the model herself as she would have signed her image rights to the studio regarding that particular content.

That's a good question.
Unfortunately we're not Lawyers. If a Model submits a DMCA on photos or videos of her, then they are removed.

Strictly speaking in that scenario the model would not have any rights to make a take down claim on content that wasn't hers and where she signed the image rights away. I guess the hard part for you guys would be to determine who owned the rights to the image.

Ok so hypothetically speaking, say I took some photos and videos of a model with her consent and then posted them on here would that be allowed? What about Cel or any other porn producer?

Very interesting.

If BoobStar Productions hires large busted models for a series of videos and photoshoots. Then publishes and promotes that content behind a premium login and one of our members posts that premium content here on the forum. We then receive a DMCA Takedown Request from the Production company, certainly, we have to remove that content. What about a DMCA TDR from Wanda, one of the stars that appears in the content?

I'm not a DMCA Copyright Lawyer, so we would probably remove the content, upon verification, following a request from either participant.

Which leads to an extension of that scenario.
What if Wanda submits a DMCA TDR to BoobStar Productions? Do they have to comply?
Good questions....

I can understand why you'd take the cautious approach and take the content down, just seems rather unfair for the forum members if a model makes a request when she signed the rights away and shouldn't be able to. Also at the rate the DNP list is growing this forum will run out of models to talk about.

I am glad that @Ptar caught this, as I would have missed it (it was only by chance that I stumbled across it).

So, in the future, if you, or anyone wants to bring something to the attention of one, or more staff members, you got to use the @Username in order to ensure that it happens.

Or, even submit a Report against your own Profile, and ask there (no worries, Reports are not used against the Reporter, and other than some members being informed, "Report received...", they do not know who the Reporter was).

Now, regardless of who the model signs up with, most Photographers/Agencies have her sign a Model release form. Then, all the media taken/produced becomes the property of that photographer/agency.

So, if she should sign up with another Photographer/Agency, usually the same thing happens.

So, it would be up to the photographer/agency to request the media be removed.

Now, if she is working for Photographer/Agency "B" and sees her content from Photographer/Agency "A", her best course of action, would be to contact the old company, as contacting the website directly may not her best course of action (we actually had a former Photographer/Agent do this on a model; he wanted us to remove both her content by him, and her publicly available IG content  - Unless she contacted us, her thread (minus copyright content) is still here; no I do not remember who it was).

However, if a paid model working for Photographer/Agency "B" contacts us, we do have the right to either tell her, "Only the Photographer/Agency "A" or the o/p can request thread removal." Or, we can try to stay on her good side, and delete it (much depends on how the model acts).

...Ok so hypothetically speaking, say I took some photos and videos of a model with her consent and then posted them on here would that be allowed? What about Cel or any other porn producer?
If you did not have her sign a Model release form, then we would be legally obligated to remove the media.

Now, Cel knows his stuff is being posted here. And, he usually takes it in stride. But, yes, he has submitted a TDR (Take Down Request) once, or twice, that I know of.

fucking white knights. i've had a porn account on Reddit for 9 years that just got permanently suspended for "involuntary pornography" despite the fact that half the posts on the site breaks their rules. some white knight comes along and reports it, there goes my account.

if people are wondering why content is lacking on sites like this, you have the white knights to thank. i won't be posting on Reddit any longer, too much of a hassle to do so with a new account.
