Dumb question, since I'm new here, but how are you going to enforce this? Banning an IP address won't work anymore thanks to the advent of VPNs.

Well, luckily, not everyone knows how to do this.

But, I'll pass this up to admin to answer.

Though, as Ptar wrote,

However, usually a formerly banned member betrays themselves one way, or another.

Also, the s/w allows for admin to check IP location. And, if the location is the same as a previously banned member, there's a good bet, that it's the same guy, under a different name.

So, when we notice that (or, it's Reported), we got something to use.

You generally don't ban IP addresses. You ban their accounts, and enforce more rules to make it laborious when creating an account. For example, you may only allow emails from outlook, and to register for outlook you must pass the phone verification stage. The user will then be discouraged to do all this extra work as well as reluctantly provide their real details to complete this stage.

Some forums are even more strict by disabling the registration page and new users can only join via invitation.

We actually get warnings for IP addresses from previously banned users. If I had to guess it's probably a bi-weekly basis by which someone of a previously banned IP address is further rejected for new membership.

Funny you say that, an escort I know labels guys that want to "buy her out" of the game as White Knights, kinda like the term used in corporate takeovers, where you have a benevolent benefactor willing to step in and save a business from going under.

Problem for her is that she's such a crazy toxic cow that most guys will evenutally tire of her shit so these "white knights" don't hang around for long.

I'd swear that was sarcasm.

Because if it wasn't, then banning paid websites for complaining would only get this place hit with DMCA strikes. Not only from the paid websites, but from the women they'd inform in order to shut this place down. TitsinTops is too visible and too easily accessible to get away with something like that and not see major backlash.
