I think as well that the availability of reduction surgery nowadays plus the comparative low cost makes it seem worth it, when probably (like most of the issues with cosmetic surgery) sometimes it's more worth to deal with the self esteem issues and maybe strengthening the back and core with weight loss that will probably be much more helpful in the long run
