I'm sure it just means that she experienced ulcer formation on one of her breasts... which isn't unusual at this size or with this condition. An ulcer is basically just a split in the skin.

Could you imagine the posibilities... I mean What would do a girl with a booby greed like Beshine's? Unfortunately for us milk production and storage isn't dependent on breast size, it's more of a supply and demand thing :( . But as a lactophile I do fantasize all the same.
Then imagine if nipple growth was in proportion to breast size :p then they'd be about 2 or 3 inches ( 5 or 7.5 cms ) long.
