Updating profile photo

It's a shame that spammers wield so much power. I used to upload posts (have a ton of material) but there was always a problem with the file size, etc. so I ultimately gave up. If there is some program that everyone else uses to manipulate file size and retain quality, please let me know. I don't seem to have it on my system. Thanks.

It's not hard to work within the parameters. Photo jpgs can be up to 5000 pixels. Videos can be up to 30 MB as attachments. For videos over 30 MB and up to 200 MB, I love www.catbox.moe - free and easy to use to make a link to view and download. Over 200 MB I personally use a premium Mediafire account to host.
