After a research regarding the first pics of the topic, it appears that the contest was from 2011 :

" una ragazza per il cinema moda e fotogenia 2011 ", maybe from the selection on isle of Capo Rizzuto...

She made part of selection, not finale (because it seems she hasn't been selected...) O_O

I've checked o lot of videos but nothing ! Hard to find...

Basically, unless you were physically at the show or know one of the photographers, its near impossible.
