Originally, the Technical Help sub-forum was intended for help with Forum issues. But, because of the increasing numbers of Off Site / 3rd Party Issues, senior staffers decided that a separate sub-forum was needed.
At first glance, the Index does not look like it has been changed:

But, if you look closer, you will see under the Technical Help header, Sub-forums in light grey text.
So, just left-click on Technical Help, and the sub-forums appear:
Then left-click on the desired sub-forum.
Staff is in the process of moving the appropriate 3rd Party Tech Help Issues over. So, do not worry, if you do not see your thread in the correct sub-forum.
And, like always, if you believe that there is an error, please submit a Report against the appropriate topic, with the blurb, Wrong sub-forum. And, it will be investigated.
