Recently discovered her before pictures and videos, and did a bit of digging to try and find some topless photos.
Saw a video on her TikTok that showed which hospital she went to for the reduction (attached below).

The name of the hospital is the Centre Hospitalier De Cornouaille, which led me to their official website.
On there, they don't appear to have any before/after photos, but they do have a section for different procedures, and on the section for "chirurgie plastique, reconstructrice et esthétique" they list one head doctor, and two assistant doctors:

Charlotte MONNERIE
Manon ARTZ
Yann GRANGIER

I searched all three names to see if the doctors themselves had personal websites that might show some type of before/after comparisons, but turned up empty.
Just leaving this info here to see if perhaps anybody else might have more luck. Especially since I don't speak French and had a bit of trouble even figuring out what to search for.
